South Hwy 7 update:
The building now has roofing in place and temporary weather protection installed in all exterior wall openings so interior work can be completed. The Auditorium roof only has a "dry-in" roof membrane covering the decking, with the final prefinished metal roof surface to be applied within the next three weeks.
All education spaces, corridors and administration areas have the metal wall studs in place with rough in for plumbing, electrical, HVAC ductwork and fire protection underway. Metal wall studs are being installed in the Auditorium area and are expected to be completed within the next three weeks.
Final site grading is nearly completed. Driveway and parking curb are ready to be installed as weather allows. The planting of trees and seeding will occur in some areas after finish grading is completed.
