Early Childhood Center Enrollment

When a family desires to enroll their child(ren) in a Timothy ECC progam, the following is reqired by the Family:

  1. A fully completed enrollment form.
  2. A fully completed provider contract.
  3. A fully completed medical immunization form.
  4. Payment of the enrollment fee.

When a family is enrolling a child, Timothy ECC will:

  1. Review all paperwork with each family.
  2. Give and review with each family a Parent Handbook. (All info in handbook is online at FAQs)
  3. Provide a tour of the Center. (If not already done)
  4. Provide an opportunity for the new student to get acquainted with the staff and facility.

It is the requirement of the families to notify the school when enrollment information changes, such as addresses and phone numbers.

STEP 1:  Determine Tuition

Parents with more than one child enrolled in any Timothy Lutheran School and Early Childhood Center’s Program receive a 10% discount on the tuition for the multiple children in the family.

The more expensive tuition is payable at full price, with the discount being applied to the less expensive tuition.  No discount is given on the enrollment fees.

Full-Time Tuition

Enrollment Fee of $70 is assessed annually (Non-refundable)

  • 6 Weeks to 12 Months:  $203 per week
  • 12 Months to 24 Months:  $203 per week
  • 2 Year Old:  $156 per week
  • 3 Year Old:  $146 per week  **Must be potty trained
  • Pre-K 4 and 5 Year Old:  $146 per week

Weekly tuition is due on Monday and an additional $15 is assessed after Wednesday.  Bank fees assessed to Timothy when checks are returned unpaid due to insufficient funds or closed accounts will be passed on to the writer of the check and must be paid by CASH OR W/MONEY ORDER.

ALL PAYMENTS SHOULD BE MADE BY ACH (AUTOMATIC WITHDRAW), CHECK, CASH, OR MONEY ODER IF DISCUSSED WITH THE ADMINISTRATOR.

Part-Time Tuition

Prefer children are 2 years old by May 1, 2017. Enrollment Fee of $80.00 is assessed at enrollment. Enrollment Fees are non-refundable. Early Bird enrollment for fall classes will be between March 1-31st and earns a $15.00 discount off the enrollment fee

  • 9:30 – 1:30 on Tues/Thurs at $175.00 per month
  • 9:30 – 1:30 on Wed/Fri at $175.00 per month
  • 9:30 – 1:30 on Tues/Wed/Thurs at $237.00 per month

Prefer children are 3-years-old by July 31, 2017.  Enrollment fee of $80 is assessed at enrollment. Enrollment fees are non-refundable. Early bird enrollment for fall classes will be between March 1-March 31st and earns a $15 discount off the enrollment fee.

  • 9:30 – 1:30 on Tues/Thurs at $170.00 per month

  • 9:30 – 3:00 on Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs/Fri at $414.00 per month

Enrollment of children will determine the classes offered.  ALL classes are subject to availability.

Automatic Deduction (ACH) through Timothy Lutheran Church is an in house process- we do not use an outside service.  Our Tuition is processed, monthly or weekly through an Automatic Deduction (ACH) of your account, either from your checking or your savings accounts.  See attached form.  Please see the Early Childhood Administrator if payment arrangements need to be made.
