Enrollment 2007 - 2008 |
When a family desires to enroll their child(ren) at Timothy, the following is required form the family: 1. A fully comleted enrollment form. 2. A fully completed tuition agreement. 3. A fully completed immunization form. 4. A copy of students birth certificate. 5. Completed request form to receive. 6. Records from previous school(s). 7. Payment of enrollment fee. Download 2007-2008 Enrollment Packet When a family is enrolling a child, Timothy Lutheran School will: 1. Review all paperwork with each family. 2. Orient each family with the Parent handbook. 3. Provide a tour of the school. (If not already done) 4. Provide an opportunity for the new student to get acquainted with the staff and facility. |
